This Privacy Policy explains how Art Jomard processes personal data when you use artjomard.nl. We process personal data under the GDPR and Dutch law.

2. What data we process
We may process the following personal data:
- name, email address, phone number, language preference and account details;
- bookings, class hours, attendance, orders and payments;
- messages you send us;
- technical data such as IP address, browser data and error logs;
- analytics data, only after your consent.
We do not store full payment card details. Payments are processed via Mollie.
3. Why we process data
We process personal data to:
- create and manage your account;
- process bookings, classes, orders and payments;
- provide customer service and communication;
- meet legal accounting and tax obligations;
- ensure security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention;
- run analytics and Sentry Session Replay, only with your consent.
4. Service providers
We use service providers such as Supabase, Vercel, Mollie, Cloudflare R2, Sentry, Google, Plausible and Upstash. They process data only as needed for their service. Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Retention
We do not keep personal data longer than necessary:
- account data: while your account exists;
- bookings and attendance: up to 24 months after the activity;
- invoices and payment records: 7 years for tax obligations;
- contact messages: as long as needed to handle your request, or until you ask for deletion;
- error logs and backups: as long as needed for security, troubleshooting and continuity.

7. Cookies
We use necessary cookies and storage for the website to work. Analytics and similar tracking are used only after your consent. You can change your choice via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, such as HTTPS, hashed passwords and access restrictions. For signed-in sessions, the website uses browser storage on our domain.
