These Terms govern your use of artjomard.nl and our studio services (classes, subscriptions, gallery). By using the site you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Art Jomard, Nieuwe Binnenweg 341A, 3021 GJ Rotterdam, the Netherlands, operated by Joumard Dirki (eenmanszaak), KvK 83212647, BTW NL003789936B20. See our Legal Notice.

2. Accounts and bookings

• You must be 16+ or have parental consent. One account per person.
• Subscriptions are paid upfront; you book slots from your purchased hours.
• Prices are in EUR and include 21% BTW where applicable.
• Payments are processed by Mollie; we do not store your card details.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Cancel at least 24 hours before a class to have the hours returned to your balance. If you cancel within 24 hours, the booked hours are forfeited. No-shows forfeit the hours. Full rules: Refund Policy.

4. Gallery and content

You keep copyright on uploads; you grant us a licence to display them on the site. Do not upload illegal or infringing content.

5. Liability

We provide the site as available. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months, except where Dutch law does not allow limitation (consumers, intent, gross negligence).

6. Law and disputes

Dutch law applies. Courts in Rotterdam have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law gives you another choice. EU ODR: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
