This policy covers cancellations and refunds for purchases on artjomard.nl. See also our Terms of Service.

1. 14-day withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer buying online, you generally have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. Email artjomard.nl@gmail.com with your name and order details.

If you already used part of a subscription within those 14 days, we refund the unused portion (pro-rata). Custom-made paintings are excluded from the 14-day right.

2. Cancelling a class booking

• Cancel at least 24 hours before the class and the hours return to your balance.
• If you cancel within 24 hours of the class, the booked hours are forfeited and are not returned.
• No-shows (no cancellation, no attendance) forfeit the hours.

3. Refunds

Refunds go back via Mollie to your original payment method, usually within 14 days of your request.

4. Gallery returns

Non-custom paintings may be returned within 14 days of delivery if undamaged; return shipping is your cost unless we delivered incorrectly. Commissioned works are not covered by the 14-day right.
